Previously there was no way to track down a modified box, now with n3 they've forced the die hards to go with CS which is fully traceable.. I believe not only will they go for the servers but also for the users (whether you use VM as the ISP for the sharing or not)
They can then not only take them to court (criminal not civil offence) but also remove all VM equipment from their property (whether it be legally installed or not) and ban them for life from having a VM install

The best bit is this.
They don't want to pay for any thing because there thieving scummy types, Yet now they have to pay for the box, Potentially pay for access to the server after the first year, Pay for a VPN, And of course pay for fines if they get court
And there will be server raids it just depends how quicly VM trace the servers if they are in this country, If there outside the country i am sure VM will be able to sort something out at there pop sites
