You could try keeping your cat in your house, I just dont see why peoples need for a pet should impact on anyone elses life and there's plenty that can be done about it, for instance we haven't had anyones cat in our garden since we got our dog.

We used to have a neighbour that let her dog poo in our front garden whilst she was walking it, well not just ours but anyones down the street, she got a right telling of when I caught her I can tell you.

Some one said the cat was Muslim, might be foreign then and if the cat don't like it well it can go back to where ever etc etc etc
