Just had a similar problem resolved.
I developed a terrible upset stomach on the day the engineer was expected and was trapped
on the Loo when he called. By the time I got myself together he had gone.
But.....
Conscientious soul that he was, it seems he took a look in the cab, found and fixed a problem and later left me a note to say he had called but couldn't get and answer but I should find the issue fixed.
And it was!!!!!!!!!!
15/10 to that engineer.
