Hopefully the guy at retentions made these two short-sighted CS agents aware of the deal.
I can't understand why now after the VIP 50 offer has been about for a week now that some CS staff have not got a clue
the VM-CS agents who post on CF all know about it and have done since the offer began, so why not the likes of the above??
