Just received the new smartcard had it in a day now and about an hour ago had the card arriving shortly message on the screen?

I reinserted it after checking the number on card with letter (only one box) they match, however i never get the messages checking card details or the congratulations screen.

I have followed all instructions on the letter rebooting etc

Is my card ok or should i ring customer services?
