The download speed on my
10 meg broadband is very inconsistent and I get impossibly fast results sometimes when I check it:

I installed a new modem yesterday and although it appears to have made some improvement, I occasionally struggle to open web pages and pictures can sometimes appear almost line by line instead of instantly.
Anyone else ever had this problem?
