Rang faults twice this morning, first time i got cut off, the 2nd time i was speaking to someone for nearly 20mins...
He knew nothing about the HD channels being free for VIP50 users, so i quoted him the email from the user received from Diane.. I kept getting put on hold, and then he asked me for all the channel numbers that i should be receiving, which i would have though he would know.. He then sent a signal to my box, told me to wait a minute and then check them, still didnt work.. Then there was silence for about 10 seconds and then he said there was a fault and that it would be fixed within 24hr hours..
I really dont know where to turn to now..
