See that just does not make sense - £110.49 and you have not got 50mb BB.

I can see you have taken the Call Waiting so that extra £2.

If I was you I would ask to upgrade to VIP50 for £97.50 then your getting the very top package - then its up to you if you want to add the call waiting for £2.

Call C/S or Retentions and get it sorted.
