The VIP50 package is £97.50, extra V+ boxes cost £10 per month (This may be slightly less if you have upgraded your 2nd standard box to a V+ Box)
I think I recall it being and extra £5 if you have replaced standard with V+ (Your current bill should show both box charges and then a dicount for your boxes) - send a screen shot and I could take a look but remove contact/account details.
So depedning on your package it could either be £107.50 or £102.50

Problem is each department in VM have different offer codes/discounts, CS offer deal of the month etc and retentions can offer a lot more and higher discount.
The other problem is there is so many bundle deals/options for customer to take I guess its a tad hard to keep it all standard.
All I know is VIP20 customer should be paying £92.50 and VIP50 should be paying £97.50 - extra boxes like V+ can cost £10 per month extra.
its 0.49p but its on of those things that bugs you - keep trying
