Sky love their little games and ofcom seem powerless to stop them from playing them.
For years sky have made good use of BTS phone lines and now BT get access to sky sports 1 and 2 sky seem to be throwing their toys out of the pram again, good grace is not in their vocabulary sadly.
When big buisiness does this only one person suffers the poor consumer who can do f-ck about it as always.
As for sky sports HD 3/4 in about five years if ofcom are still around expect another 3 year pay tv review that would be 2015 with the conclusions in 2018 with vm possibly getting access to these channels in 2019 or am i being too cynical.LOL
As if.
