gotta love CS ... they either think they know it all but in fact know very little or they know nothing and take 3 hours to do a simple task which the customer usually talks them through how its done
so for a VIPer who was thinking the product was no longer worth the name ... it is now much more a 'Very Impressive Package' at what i consider a resonable price ... now to decide if i should let my 76 year old mother loose on an HD box
