I still hadn't received them on Wednesday morning despite being told on Monday that they would be up in a few hours, then on Tuesday that they would be on in 24 hours.
So today I rang the "I'm thinking of leaving" number and got them installed within 90 minutes and given a £7 credit for the first month because of the bother.
It really does depend upon who you get to deal with when you contact Virgin.
