Sent my email - got a call from Susan and she promptly offered me the £7 discount for 6 months as they revamp the VIP package.
She's now going to look into the charging issue - I only want equality!
I wasn't that hopeful when I sent the email but am suitably impressed with the speed of the response!
Have had another call from Susan who has resolved the £3/month difference - she has credited my account £12 by means of back-dating and set my new monthly charge at £89.50. A very happy bunny at the moment!
