I didn't mention the cpu zing, as I know that they "officially" only support 1066mhz ram.
The problem is with the heatsink's on the board not cooling the IOH chip.
You mention that Artic silver 5 void's the warranty but why are they allowed to make and, sell the stuff knowing that if you use it they know it's going to void the warranty or do they replace the cpu if it is faulty after you have used there thermal paste.
This thread was only started to warn people of the issue's with this particular motherboard, and that if they got one how to fix the issue at there own risk as it is classed as a modification to the board therefore you void the warranty in doing so.
