As I am away for most of August I shall try it in September. But I have my doubts as to whether it will be worth it.

I had been with Sky for years until April this year and the comparison on SD channels is emense,Virgin are far superior.

The downside is I feel the HD channels on offer so far arent that good(picture quality).

With Sky the sports channels are very good in HD compared to SD and I am not convinced virgin will be as good. They will have to be much better than is currently on offer to warrant paying extra.

Im not sure whether its the upscaling on Virgin that makes HD look average or Sky quality on HD appears to be far superior.
