Congrats though, if you can knock that out on a treadmill a 'proper' 10K will be very doable.

Not bad. Training for the Glasgow 1/2 in a month so doing 9 and 10 mile long runs once a week. Once that's out the way it'll be upped to 15 mile long runs till about Xmas time as well as the rest of the training
The turn of the year is when the proper pain starts. Aiming for 3 1/2 hours this time so it's a LOT of training.
