Re: Speed 10mb, 20mb how about 2mb?

go to your browser and type 192.168.100.1 -> click login

use root for username and password

click on dowstream and post receive power level and SNR

Click on upstream and post power level.

Also post details from the operational config page
In particular downstream and upstream data rate.

the whole lot should look something like this

Downstream Receive Power Level : -2.8 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 40.8 dB
Upstream transmit Power Level : 47.0 dBmV
Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 10242000 <- If you are on 20 meb it should be 20480000
Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 514000
