Not sure how much of a percentage most is but I'd guess that VM would be the winners if even a small percentage of the theives had to start paying for the service.
Overall I'd expect Sky to be the biggest winners. Some of the thieves will be used to Pay TV, and particulary the Premium Sports, so Sky will be getting the subs either way.

Whether they get used to it or not, I doubt they are suddenly going to pay for the full package on Sky just because they can no longer get it for free on Virgin.
And lets be honest, the main reason most Cable TV freeloaders pay for even a basic subscription is so they can ensure some engineer working in the cabinet doesn't unplug their cable because his PDA is telling him it's not used. Sky don't have that protection. You crack Sky's encryption, you have access to their services that no one can remove.
