OK so I'm already on VIP. I want the new Sky Hd Premium channels on 2 V+ boxes in my house.

I phones CS and they offered me..... nothing... no 6 months free...nowt, not a sausage.

How are people getting discounts????!?!?!?!?!? Help!!!
