It's less than I'm paying now and would be less than I'd be paying Vm's competition for similar services. I have a huge amount of services and I am willing to pay for them but see no reason to not want a bit better value. At £109 per month there's still good profit for Vm and leaves a barrier of affordability for people to call up retentions.
