Just had my phone call too ... on the ball for sure only emailed a few mins before
same offer £7 discount for 6 months (free Sky HD Premium channels in reality)
I suggested on the phone that maybe they could upgrade all VIP standard stb's to the new VHD stb ... but generally its just make us feel we are getting a superior package which at the moment it clearly isnt anymore.
VM get praise from me for not just listening but the fact they are actually taking action now with a discount ( to be confirmed ) and in the future when VIP should get its shine back ( to be confirmed
