Is this woman in her right mind?? I thought my lot were gutless in power when it came to this monstrosity, but now we have a Tory woman minister claiming that "the burhka can be empowering", has she flipped.?
Having been to Afghanistan she understands how "the burhka can confer dignity", I'm sure all those Afghan women feel very dignified being made to wear a mobile tent every single time they want to leave their homes. I can't find the words that would be acceptable on this forum to adequately describe my utter contempt and disdain for this stupid misguided women.
