Agreed, I only have Sports and £7 is a hell of a lot to pay for 2 HD channels.
The more concerning thing is that if someone has 2 HD boxes it will cost them £34.50/month for 4 SD channels, 2 of which will never be watched and 2 HD channels
The only way for VM to drop/lower this charge is for us as consumers to not sign up to it. This will force them to re-think the pricing structure assuming Sky had no say in it during the recent negotiations
Unfortunately there will always be people with more money than sense and go for it just because its the latest thing.
