Please clarify what you are paying by detailing the Advance Charges from your bill, including all discounts.

People will then be able to comment and give advice as to any action you can take to reduce costs.

To give you an idea, the monthly price for the nearest bundle to yours (BB L, TV XL, Phone L) is £50.95, assuming DD and ebilling.

BB M is no longer available to new customers - the £12.50 price you quote is actually the BB L discounted price.
