If not an automated, I'm surprised by the 2011 launch of interactive as was led to believe that Virgin had already said that some would be available at launch....however, I may have made that bit up !!!

Hi could have been automated i suppose this was the reply in full.
"Yes we have negotiated red button as well! Will not be launched until '11 though (I can assure you not our delay) thx for being a customer." that was the reply! computer generated now i look at it probably!.
Most people had assumed on here including myself, that sky sports interactive would have turned up the same time as the sky sports HD channels,but it appears it has been delayed but hey i have been waiting so long for it that whats another few months LOL.
