Personal response or automated though ?? Lots of response emails are not 'human' produced but are generated responses by looking at keywords in the original email and thereby sending out what appears to be a personal response.
If not an automated, I'm surprised by the 2011 launch of interactive as was led to believe that Virgin had already said that some would be available at launch....however, I may have made that bit up !!!
