I just bought one of the old Pace remote control keyboards on eBay and I can't get it to work with the search facility. It assumes that you are using a numeric remote control and it does not offer the standard editing interface that you use with e-mail etc. (see also 3 regarding left arrow/backspace above) so you have to use the numeric keys on the keyboard to generate letters, spaces and punctuation!
