Yes, hence I said...

It's the hassle of getting a BT installer round (and they will have to come round as it's way over 3 years since the BT line was active. I know from past experience that they insist on coming round and it was in fact that very reason that sent me to NTL, or then CableTel, in the first place as BT quoted 3 weeks for connection when I moved into a house!, so I went for CableTel instead - big mistake
