I'm not sure they can do that, don't they need permission to add new channels? (Even when they are interactive streams?)

But yeah, from a software point-of-view, VM have been capable to doing Sky Sports Interactive for a while now, based on all the BBC multi-screen apps we've had over the years. The only thing lacking (until now) have been the streams from Sky.

Speaking of which, will those streams be in SD only, or are there HD streams too?
