I do a reasonable amount of file sharing across the home network so I suppose it would be useful for that

I've since been told this - http://ramblax.co.uk/p~p-96172624~Li...039348245.aspx - would be more appropriate, since it's a) made for a desktop PC and b) Linksys-brand - agreed?
