Small update, I was genuinely worried about my contact because people didnt know when he'd be back in the office! I was thinking all sorts could be wrong. Anyway hes alive and kicking
He rang today to say they are going to install a modem at my dp and set up a laptop at headend to keep pinging the modem and checking for errors. Cant remember the exact words but it sounded good lol and that was the gist of it
Anyway, things are moving forward and the right people are now involved
