Yes that's true but I would have thought my point still stands. VM and Sky have come to an agreement outside OfCOM therefore i see nothing, including the ruleing, to stop them having 3 and 4.
I wouldn't have thought OFCOM would say "There but no further." It would fly in the face of what Ofcom want and that's fair distribution of channels.
Anyway, I'm sure it will come.... but anything you hear posted on here would be very appreciated as always
