This week Virgin have made some improvements to the
My Virgin Media site. This means that anyone with a Virgin Broadband service can now:
- Access full details about their unbilled usage (calls, VoD events, Credits, Part Month charges etc) since they were last sent a bill. This includes a itemised list of the unbilled chargable calls.
- details on Talk Anywhere minutes remaining,
- Find out what (if any) Credit Limit they have,
- Setup and Update Direct Debits
- Make payments to restart suspended accounts
