Graham's correct in that the business modems are set up as routers. The only way past that is to get it converted to a fixed IP (or 5) unless you're on 20Mb then the fixed IP's are not available..

You could though ring up the business support team and ask them to NO NAT the modem (no idea if they'll do that or not), that way it'll act like a residential modem (dynamic IP) and your router will then get a proper WAN IP.
