All I know at the moment is that the roll out begins later this year. You are probably right about the process taking well into 2011 to complete. Some areas will be more ready than others. Some areas will need upgrades to the local infrastructure to manage 100Mbs let alone 200Mbs
I will see how much Neil the 200Mbs trial organizer is prepared to divulge.
