Missing email ?
I have multiple email addresses and all seemed ok until recently.
I have my main email setup on my iphone and set it to view new emails but not to delete from the server so when i get home i can view the email again.
This has been working fine for over 18 months.
I'm not sure if its anything to do with the recent port changes to outlook that were advised by VM via email but today i had a customer survey email from VM initially accessed on iphone but when downloading from outlook is is not available.This has happened on a few other emails now.I have forward the email from my iphone to myself to get it via outlook.
Any ideas what could be happening as my settings haven't been changed apart from a couple of weeks ago with the port changes.
