I fitted my new Asus HD5770 yesterday, un-installed the 10.4 drivers, installed the new 10.5 drivers and it's working perfectly with no problems, thankfully.

I also know someone how has a Sapphire HD5870 who was having had issues. He flashed the BIOS with the latest version (and installed the 10.5 drivers) and he reports no issues so far.
