I think it's time for people who believed the Daily Mail to apologise and promise to stop reading it - this was yet another made up one, wasn't it?

The true traitors are the authors and editors who allow this kind of stuff to contaminate the country's good name. The idiots are people who spend their lives looking for evidence that justifies their xenophobia. The tragedy is that every time these stories appear and are debunked another turn is made on the ratchet of petty nationalism and thus another step towards fascism is made. It's common sense, really.
