The first three versions of the Pace 4001 are the only ones being actively removed from the field, but there are still a few of those left too.

I've got a Pace Di4000-N which was a replacement for a previous Pace DiTV2000 box which gave up the ghost a couple of years ago. The Pace Di4000-N is also showing signs of age and has intermittent problems. At the moment I'm trying to decide whether to report it as a fault or upgrade to a V+ box and ask for a replacement V box for a second room at the same time.
If I report a fault, what box am I likely to get as a replacement? If it's going to be another Pace Di4000-N then maybe I'll go the upgrade route sooner rather than later and save on having to have two engineer appointments. If it's going to be a V+ box anyway, then my strategy will be to hold off until I have a HD TV and upgrade then.
