Problems with webcam

My sister was given a old PC that came with a webcam. (pic attached)

I was trying to install it but I could find any S/W.

On the base it has Primascan (Model No: V1300A)

Searching Google I found out it is a Visioneer webcam, and when I plugged it in it says its a iCAM320.

Searching the Visioneer website I found it I think but it says XP is not supported, only Windows 2000 / Me / 98.

Would installing it using the 2k drivers cause a problem?

IF not any suggestion, other than buy one?
