Virgin has decided to keep you safe by sending all your mail to a spam folder whether you like it or not.
There is NO way for you to change any settings to stop this happening and Virgin Tech say its out of their hands too. Which kind of makes using Outlook Express or anyother mail programme pointless now because the only way I can get my mail is to log into the crappy webmail
