Hi guys,
this is a bit shady/cheeky I know, but just bought a video sender and am after a 2nd v+ remote. Are Virgin likely to supply one even for a small charge if I ask? or if I claimed fault would they send a 2nd and not ask for the old one.

I am purely asking because it is a long walk upstairs to retrieve the remote if I forget to bring it down in the morning
