Have tried the format a couple of times, but the same happens as when boxes are replaced, after a few days the same starts happening again. I guess it is something to do with EPG as it's happening to a few friends too.

Unfortunately the only day I get off is Sunday. I work in London and it takes me two and a half hours to get to work and the same back. I have missed quite a few days pay already from engineers not turning up and don't really want to take the risk again. Quite a few friends have the same problem, so I guess Virgin will sort it out soon, (although it has been going on for four months).
I am too busy at work at the moment to watch any tv at the moment, but it would be nice if the problem was fixed so I could actually record something. At least the internet connection has worked all day, it's the first time that's happened in months.
