what I'm saying is that you can say if it's not clothes then it's actions. or it's the clothes and the actions that can be the reason for the asbo.
you are not likely to get an asbo for wearing a lot of things really unless there's a good reason for it.
such as if you wear a short skirt and keep bending over on purpose
