No. but there has to be some exceptions, and they are that it's for a perverted reason. and it affects others.

I'm trying to ignore them, but they are reasons why it can be seen that you can't wear what you like. if it's just 'odd' clothes then there's no problem. but if it's something that is 'objectable' then depending on what the objection is.

depends how far you go with wearing what you like. such as nappies (which is most likely sexual)
