Thanks will try unticking that box (I think I've tried it that way before). I thought it was the box on the first page we had to leave unticked, so maybe got it backwards. Off to try

Sigh - got really excited there that it might work, but no joy - still hangs and times out

Worth a go

Will wait a few days and see if there's any news on a fix.
