Away from home and trying to get to webmail on my ipod touch for last two days but just keep ending up being directed from VM page to a google mail page that won't accept my details. Yet again VM show they just don't give a stuff about their customers. Some info BEFORE the change might have been helpful!!

You are not being ignored, this is a known issue and they are working on a fix for IPhones and Android phones to enable them to work with the new email platform in conjunction with Google.
Agents should be aware of this issue.
