i agree ,and yes in australia it is compulsory to vote in general elections but they have a 'none of the above' option aswell,i would assume that alot of the votes are postal given that some people live miles from civilization so it's hardly a case of being frogmarched
anyhoo i'm off to cast my vote for the libdems in our poling station which just happens to be in the concert room of the working mans club

so i bet there's some heavy discussion going on there
