When I test the settings I get the following message
"None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server."
Just to be clear, I have the following settings:
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is checked.
Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
Outgoing server port is 465
Using SSL
User Name is
xxxx@ntlworld.com
Require Secure Password Authentication is NOT checked
When you say "When your off network you can't use the NTL SMTP" does this mean I will never be able to use smtp.ntlworld.com from my phone, even with SMTP authentication?
