Didn't Accrington Stanley and Bournemouth both go out of business? This has been going on for quite some time and, even though it's a shame for Pompeys fans that they're the poor buggers who have to put up with it, it's about time that a Premier League team came close to the brink to make the Premier League hierarchy actually give a monkeys...
